2. Booking System
Reservations are not completed directly through this website.
When selecting “Book Now” or a similar button, the visitor is redirected to an external secure booking system operated through the WebHotelier platform.WebHotelier.
The system is managed by Revplus Hellas S.A.
Payment processing and reservation details are handled exclusively within the provider’s secure environment.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
- 100% of the total amount is charged to the declared credit card:
- 60 days before arrival, or
- 30 days before arrival, according to the cancellation policy.
- The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorize the card.
At check-in the following are required:
- The credit card used for the payment
- ID card or passport
The card must belong to one of the guests staying at the property.
4. Cancellation Policy
The following policy applies only to reservations made with a “refundable rate”.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: 100% charge.
- In case of no-show or early departure: 100% charge applies.
For reservations with a non-refundable rate, the terms of the selected rate apply and no free cancellation or refund is permitted.
5. Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-out: 11:00
6. Children Policy
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.
All additional guests are charged according to the standard rates.
7. Smoking Policy
The property is strictly non-smoking.In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
